The ICC World Cup 2023 fever has gripped cricket fans and they eagerly wait for each match to begin. As Indians earnestly look forward to the national cricket team’s matches, they manage to finish their tasks quickly to tune into the World Cup live streaming.

When Team India faced Sri Lanka on Thursday, one such cricket fan was eager to finish his job early. He even put up a note behind his chair asking his colleagues not to talk to him.
Harsh Goenka, Chairman of RPG Enterprises shared a clip showing the employee concentrating on his work so that he can leave at noon.

Sharing the clip, the business tycoon wrote, “Scene at our office yesterday #HelloHappiness #INDvsSL #RPG.” The clip shows a young man working on a laptop. On the back of his chair, a note hangs saying, “Please don’t talk to me!!! I have to finish all my work before 12, and leave for India vs Sri Lanka at noon sharp. T&C.”

Since being shared on Friday, the clip has amassed more than 63,000 views on Twitter. The clip triggered laughter online and many were intrigued by the employee’s attitude.

A user commented, “Good honest statement of intent. Did it meet his boss’s approval?” Another user commented, “That’s called work-life balance. Awesome.” A third user compared the clip with Infosys founder Narayana Murthy’s suggestion to work 70 hours a week and wrote sarcastically , “Did he work for 70 hours ! “
