As a part of Amaravati Drone Summit 2024, thousands of drones flew over Andhra Pradesh, making it a larger-than-life spectacle, getting tagged as the “largest drone show”, and setting five Guinness World Records. The event took place at Punmai Ghat by River Krishna on Tuesday. The drone show created world records under the categories: Largest Landmark Creation, Largest Plane Formation, Largest Planet Formation, Largest Flag Display, and Largest Aerial Logo Display. The drones created many formations, including an airplane, the Lord Buddha, the national flag, the Earth with the Indian map highlighted on it, and more. Sharing the stunning visuals on X, Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu wrote, “This evening, I joined my people of Amaravati to watch a brilliant drone show that made five Guinness World Records.
