The top 10 richest Indians in 2024: India is making a significant impact globally as the country’s entrepreneurs are contributing significantly to its economic growth, in addition to making their presence felt in the international arena with an impressive net worth, highlighting the rise of a significant number of billionaires in India.

Additionally, as per the recent report by Henley & Partners, Mumbai and Delhi have emerged as the top 50 richest cities in the world in 2024, ranking 24th and 37th, respectively, thereby highlighting the growing presence of affluent individuals in India.

In late April 2024, Forbes released its “Forbes World’s Billionaires List 2024: The Top 200,” which included 200 Indians, an increase from 169 in the previous year. The combined wealth of these Indian billionaires reached a record $954 billion, a substantial 41 per cent increase from $675 billion in 2023.
