Question on Virat Kohli and England team appears in NDA exam. Can you answer it?

A popular Twitter account called @CricCrazyJohns shared a photo of the question that came in the exam. “A question based on Virat Kohli & England team in the UPSC NDA exam,” he wrote.

The question consisted of two statements. The first statement was, “England is the only country that won the ICC T20 World Cup twice.” The second was, “Virat Kohli is the only player to be adjudged as the Player of the Series in the ICC T20 World Cup twice.” The candidates had to answer which of the statements was correct.

If you are wondering about the answer, the right option is only statement two is correct. England won the ICC T20 World Cup last year by beating Pakistan in Australia and had won it in 2010 as well. But they are not the only country to win the tournament twice as West Indies were the first country to win two T20 World Cups, in 2012 and 2016. Kohli is the only player to be adjudged the Player of the Series twice in the 2014 and 2016 editions.
