The response by OYO chief executive Ritesh Agarwal to a post by content creator Vishal Dayama, who proposed a mobile app that would mute cricket commentator Sanjay Manjrekar’s voice, has made waves on social media.
Dayama’s post, which went viral on social media platform X, poked fun at the ongoing debate surrounding Manjrekar’s commentary style. In his post, he pitched, “hello sharks my idea is mute button but only for manjrekar, this app detects that sound and prevents it from reaching your ears.”
Playing along, Ritesh Agarwal, the youngest shark on Shark India, replied with a mock investment offer. He said, “apko offer milega aaur deal pakki . yeh bahut badi opportunity hai (You will get an offer, and the deal is confirmed. This is a huge opportunity”.
