A video of a man getting his girlfriend’s name tattooed inside his lower lip has grabbed eyeballs on the internet. The video was shared in December 2023 by a handle, tatto_abhishek_sapkal_4949, on Instagram and has triggered chuckles among social media users.
The now-viral video begins with the tattoo artist imprinting the name of man’s girlfriend ‘Amruta’ inside his lower lip. He then begins the tattooing process and presents the final look to his viewers. Sharing the video, the handle wrote, “Love.”

The video has triggered hilarious responses from social media users and garnered more than 8 million views on the platform. While a section of users slammed the man for stooping to this level of ‘pagalpan’, others laughed it off. Reacting to it, a user commented, “Ye pyaar nhi pagalpan hai (this is not love but madness).” Another user noticed the man’s yellow teeth and joked, “Don’t waste money firstly clean ur teeth.”
“Even if he breaks up! His wife cant find this. Clever move,” the third one commented.
The Instagram handle—which shared the video—enjoys over 90K followers on the platform and shares unusual tattoo videos regularly.
A similar tattoo video caught the internet’s attention in November 2023. A content creator Ana Stanskovsky shared a video of herself getting her boyfriend’s name ‘Kevin’ written on her forehead. The video sparked a debate in the comment section of her video as users doubted its authenticity.
