
Major General Prasanna Joshi, 56, has left the Internet amazed with his fitness ability. A video of him doing 25 pull-ups in a minute has emerged on social media and will surely give youngsters a run for their money.
The viral video shows Major General Joshi in a gym with fellow Army officials and can be seen doing pull-ups while others are doing a countdown. Towards the end of the video, Major General Joshi wins plaudits for his physical fitness by everyone in the gym.
“Salute and respect to the physical fitness of Major General Prasanna Joshi of the Indian Army. No wonder the Indian Army has been rated as the finest fighting force in the world by the German publication Statista in October 2022. Proud of the Indian Army. Jai Hind,” Lt Col JS Sodhi wrote on X.

With over 14,05,000 views, the video is winning hearts and has garnered various reactions lauding Major General Joshi. A user wrote, “And after doing 25 pushups like walking in the park, he still has his uniform Shirt tucked in properly.” Another user commented, “Absolutely beautiful. Air Force veteran Vinod Kumar also commented, “One more reason why Indian army is rated among the world top fighting formations !!! Major General Prasanna Joshi. I am ashamed and headed for the gym now.”
