Telugu star Mahesh Babu set the internet on fire after he met Sunrisers Hyderabad’s skipper Pat Cummins. On Monday, the Australian cricketer dropped a picture with the ‘Prince of Tollywood’, sparking a frenzy on social media.

In the viral photo, Cummins can be seen all smiles as he poses with the Telugu actor. While the cricketer sported a beige-coloured T-shirt and a grey pant, Mahesh Babu looked dapper in a navy blue pullover and denim. Sharing the photo on X, Cummins wrote, “Lovely to meet the Prince of Tollywood!”.

Responding to the post, Mahesh Babu wrote, “An absolute honour! A big fan!”

The viral photo set the internet on fire as fans chimed in to react to it and garnered almost a million views. Reacting to it, a fan wrote, “Pat Cummins can act as your Brother in Rajamouli’s Movie.” Another user commented, “Pat Cummins is on the way to become a David Warner.”

Mahesh Babu’s wife and actor Namrata Shirodkar took to Instagram and shared a selfie with Cummins too. “@patcummins30 was a pleasure to meet you!! @sunrisershyd Rock on!!” she wrote on Instagram.

According to reports, the film’s production is expected to begin soon. The actor was last seen in Trivikram Srinivas’s Guntur Kaaram.
