A routine shift at a police station in Tamil Nadu took a wild turn when a leopard casually wandered into the premises, triggering alarm among the personnel on duty. The incident occurred at the Naduvattam Police Station in the Nilgiris district and was captured on CCTV cameras.

The viral video, shared by IAS officer Supriya Sahu on X, shows the big cat strolling through different rooms in the station, inspecting each one before exiting quietly. The footage opens with the leopard exploring the building, unfazed by the surroundings.

Shortly after the leopard leaves one of the rooms, a policeman is seen peeking from behind a door to check if the animal is still around. Trying to stay composed, the officer steps out briefly, confirms that the leopard is gone, and retreats indoors. In a moment of visible panic, he struggles to bolt the door shut, making several attempts before finally securing it.
