Hiroshi Suzuki, Ambassador of Japan to India, gave his best wishes to superstar Rajinikanth on his latest release Jailer through an innovative video.

The diplomat shared a video in which he is trying to learn Rajinikanth’s signature style of wearing sunglasses. Despite his best efforts, Suzuki fails to ace the trick but he nonetheless sends his wishes to the ‘Thalaivar’.

While sharing this clip, Suzuki wrote, “Vannakkam! @Rajinikanth, #Japan also loves you a lot!🤝 #Jailer #rajinifans”. This video has gathered thousands of likes. Commenting on it, an X user wrote, ‘This is so sweet, excellency … Much love from India and us Rajnikanth fans ❤️”.

Another person wrote, “Mr Ambassador. Congratulations for being a fan of Mr Rajnikant. He is one actor whose parallel is difficult to find. You too were looking very smart wearing glasses the way Mr Rajnikant does.”

“Everywhere u go … Thalaiva fans there ..🔥❤️ superstar of Indian cinema Rajinikanth 🔥,” commented a third.

Jailer directed by Nelson and produced by Kalanithi Maran has earned over Rs 100 crore in India in just three days since its release. The action thriller has Rajinikanth in the lead role, along with Vinayakan, Ramya Krishnan, Yogi Babu, Vasanth Ravi, and Mirnaa Menon in supporting roles.
