Global artiste Diljit Dosanjh kicked off his ‘Dil-Luminati’ tour in India on October 26 with a concert in New Delhi. Fans flocked to the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, causing traffic congestion in the national capital. Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal, on Saturday, had to walk through the traffic to the venue. Sharing a photo of the traffic in his Instagram stories, Goyal wrote, “Walking the last mile to the JLN stadium for Diljit. Sooooo much traffic.” In another story, Goyal shared a picture of a hoarder displaying prohibited items like weapons and sharp objects, personal equipment, laser pointers, animals, flammable materials, and more for the concert. See here: On Saturday, Delhi Traffic Police issued a traffic advisory ahead of the Dosanjh concert and Radha Soami Satsang religious congregation. In elaborate traffic arrangements, the Delhi Traffic Police restricted heavy vehicles on Bhati Mines Road between Chattar Pur Road (SSN Marg) and Gurgaon Road T-Point from 4.00 AM to 6.30 PM. It also implemented a diversion via Mandi Road-Jona Pur cut to Mehrauli Gurugram Road and near Mallu Farm on Badh Road cut on Bhati Mines Road to Joan Pur Mehrauli Gurugram Road. Diljit Dosanjh’s Dil-Luminati India Tour 2024 The Punjabi artiste has been performing for several weeks across the US and Europe. After wrapping up his international concerts, Dosanjh is all set to take over India. The first leg of the tour kicked off on Saturday and will continue till Sunday. The singer is further slated to perform in Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Pune, Kolkata, Bangalore, Indore, Chandigarh, and Guwahati.
