Delhi Police, in a new Instagram post, tapped into the viral “Ganji Chudail” meme to convey an important safety message. The post featuring the animated character, which became popular through the YouTube channel and Instagram account named “Majedar Kahani,” is depicted wearing a helmet.

The text on the image read, “Sabko helmet pehnate hain Delhi Police wale,” which translates to “Delhi Police make everyone wear helmets.” The caption of the post said, “Ganji Chudail: Mujhse nahi, chot se daro! Helmet pehno!” which means “Be afraid of getting hurt, not me! Wear a helmet!”

The post has struck a chord with Instagram users. One user responded to the post saying, “We got ganji chudail in a helmet before GTA 6,” while another user wrote, “Ganji chudail is not so ganji anymore.” A third user commented, “Ganji chudail is the new face of Delhi police.”

Majedar Kahani gained popularity by sharing animated adaptations of classic children’s tales, such as those from the Panchatantra and the adventures of Akbar and Birbal.
