With technology and the Internet connecting us to our friends, siblings, parents and relatives, the sweet old art of writing letters to our loved ones is now mostly a bygone affair. So, when a mother shared on Twitter the adorably written letter her little daughter exchanged with her friend, social media was bound to go into AWWW-mode. Suruchi (@DesireMaze) shared screenshots of the two letters with the caption: "So my daughter had a fight with her friend and wrote this and asked me to WhatsApp. In reply another picture was sent back. The Gen Next." Seeya's letter read: "Dear Aarna, I suggest that we could be friends once again? We should not spoil our ❤️ for Halloween. Do you want to be friends? Could we do the party again? Seeya," to which Aarna's reply was, "Dear Seeya, We will always be friends. No such small things can ever spoil our friendship. I would love to plan for the party once again. I think we should get together sometime soon to celebrate Halloween together. Best wishes, Aarna Narula." This is Suruchi's tweet containing both the letters by Seeya and Aarna. She's sure to have a good laugh about this when you show it to her 20 years from now! — Jade (@ImGoanCrazy) October 25, 2017 This is the cutest thing to read first thing in mrng. Also, we can learn to put out fights and ego in a corner to save friendships. — Vagabond Soldier (@brflr) October 25, 2017 This is what impresses me most about many young people today. Even the college grads who work with us. They are so mature about collaboration and in not making a fight a crisis. ❤️Good on your daughter and her friend! — Barsha Panda (@BarshaPanda) October 26, 2017 That's so adorable!!Save that note!! :) — Sailing Cloud (@twinitisha) October 25, 2017 That's the sweetest thing I have read.
