85-year-old woman bakes eggless cake while jamming to Drake’s Fair Trade. Watch

An octogenarian woman has become a sensation on social media for her exceptional cooking skills. Vijay Nishchal, 85, started her channel and entered into the world of content creation and has been wowing netizens with her cooking while jamming to various songs.

In one of her videos posted in November, she says “Sunenge hum Drake, banayenge hum eggless cake (we will listen to Drake and make eggless cake).” She then proceeds to make the cake from scratch.
First, she takes a lot of rusk cakes and grinds them in a grinder. Then she takes rusk powder, sugar, curd, baking powder, salt, ghee and three tablespoons of Bournvita and milk and puts them in a mixer. Then she puts the batter in a baking tray and bakes it on medium flame.

While the cake got baked, the elderly woman danced to Drake’s song “Fair Trade”. “Eggless Cake Ft. Dadi Drake,” says the caption of the video.

Nishchal has posted many other videos of cooking various items like French fries, samosa, gulaab jamun, potato balls etc. Her Instagram account named @dadikirasoi01 has more than 8.41 lakh followers.
