6 delivery partners bring same order to Swiggy user after app malfunctions

X user @pranayloya shared his unique experience with six delivery partners and the comment section was replete with interesting reactions.

Swiggy customer-care malfunction.He unfortunately ended up with six kilograms of dosa batter, 20 litres of milk and six packets of pineapple.

We all make use of instant delivery apps to order groceries almost on a daily basis. The items reach us quicker, there’s no rush in going to the market and we are left to enjoy our day.

Occasionally, weather hiccups, traffic, wrong directions and a few other reasons cause some delays, but thankfully customer care services are always there to see us through it.

But what does one do if the app malfunctions and sends an order that was supposed to be cancelled — that too six times?

This is exactly what happened with X user @pranayloya who tried to cancel his Swiggy order but unfortunately ended up with six kilograms of dosa batter, 20 litres of milk and six packets of pineapple.

Finally after a couple of hours of back and forth. Now i have 20 litres of milk, 6kg Dosa batter, 6 packets of Pineapple.

 

Reacting to the incident, one user wrote, “Now start a cloud kitchen of your own”. Another netizen quipped, “Register yourself as a Swiggy Instamart dealer, and sell it back with margin,” while a third replied saying, “Start your own dark store”.
