We all make use of instant delivery apps to order groceries almost on a daily basis. The items reach us quicker, there’s no rush in going to the market and we are left to enjoy our day. Occasionally, weather hiccups, traffic, wrong directions and a few other reasons cause some delays, but thankfully customer care services are always there to see us through it. But what does one do if the app malfunctions and sends an order that was supposed to be cancelled — that too six times?
