Khloé shared a few snippets from the ceremony to celebrate her sister’s milestone, writing, “This was years and years in the making… This was just such a cool accomplishment, and I’m so proud. This was really inspiring and motivating.”

According to PEOPLE, Kim’s interest in law began in 2018 after she became “dumbfounded” by what she described as the broken state of the justice system. This sparked her involvement in criminal justice reform and led her to begin a four-year legal apprenticeship at a San Francisco law firm.

As part of her journey, she sat for the “baby bar” exam, required for students studying through nontraditional paths, three times, before qualifying in 2021. Her legal mentor revealed that she committed “18 hours a week, 48 weeks a year for six straight years,” totaling over “5,184 hours of legal study.”

The report also stated that she managed this workload while raising four children, running multiple businesses, filming her family’s reality shows, and actively advocating in the justice system for others. Her family has been vocal in their support. She has already cleared the Multistate Professional Responsibility Exam (MPRE) in March, a key requirement for bar eligibility.
