A short clip of Indian billionaire and Lulu Group chairman M A Yusuff Ali travelling by bus in the UAE has sparked a huge conversation online.
Originally posted on TikTok by a user named Sajjad Fardese, as per HT.com, the video captures Yusuff Ali stepping onto a bus and greeting the driver with a warm handshake. What stood out to viewers was his choice of words. Yusuff Ali is heard speaking in Hindi, asking, “Kaise ho? Theek ho?” meaning, “How are you? Are you well?”
As the video circulated across platforms, it quickly went viral, drawing admiration from social media users. The post was captioned, “@yusuffali.ma is the most down-to-earth person!”
Many users shared their thoughts and personal anecdotes in the comments. One wrote, “He’s a very humble guy. Once he stopped his BMW to pray in the desert and asked me for a prayer mat which I didn’t have . He took some pieces of cardboard and prayed on them and then drove off.” Another commenter questioned the context, asking, “You should tell as well why his taking that bus.”
The buzz around the video came just days after Yusuff Ali shared another memorable moment from his life, this time on Instagram. He posted about receiving a personally autographed copy of Lessons from Life: Part I from Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the ruler of Dubai.
Alongside a photo of the book, Yusuff Ali wrote, “I am extremely thankful to H.H.
