Mc Livinho, a popular Brazilian funk artist, recently caused a stir on social media by disrupting a live TV coverage of a fatal accident that killed three people and injured six. The incident occurred on the Via Dutra highway in the southern part of Brazil, The Sun reported.

In the now-viral clip, the 29-year-old can be seen running through the chaotic scene towards the reporter. Livinho places himself behind the reporter and waves at the camera. From his reaction, it looks like the camera crew asked him to get away, but he stays back and breaks into a dance.

Sharing the video on Instagram, Daily Mail wrote, “A singer and social media influencer is facing widespread backlash after he was filmed dancing behind a television reporter at the scene of a deadly bus crash in Brazil.”

“Did he know that people passed away?! Someone may just be thoughtless in the moment to look at the bigger picture,” a third user wrote.

Following social media outrage, Livinho issued an apology and stated that he was unaware of the gravity of the accident. “Everyone was saying that an accident had happened, and here we are stuck in traffic. We didn’t know that any accident had happened. I want to express my condolences for the loss you had, right? Because now that I went online, I saw fans saying, ‘It was an accident.’ So, my condolences to everyone… For those who know Livinho, I will never stop bringing you joy. I will never stop bringing you my self-esteem, my talk,” Dexerto, UK’s news website, quoted Livinho.
