Pop icon Adele lashed out at a homophobic fan at one of her concerts in Las Vegas, US, over the weekend. The viral video, which comes during Pride month, shows an unidentified person from the audience shouting homophobic remarks at the Colosseum in Caesars Palace.

“Did you come to my f*cking show and just say that Pride sucks? Are you f*cking stupid? Don’t be so f*cking ridiculous. If you have nothing nice to say, shut up, alright?” Adele is heard saying in the video from the concert on June 1.

As loud cheers come from the audience, Adele continues to perform.

Shared by X handle Pop Crave, the video amassed 1.4 million views as many social media users hailed Adele for clapping back at the homophobic fan. Reacting to it, a user wrote, “She ended that homophobic freak.” Another user commented, “She might be a loud mouth, but has to be said, she has stood up for a lot of different people in the past, that’s gotta give her respect.”

“And this is why she’s an ACTUAL QUEEN! shoot I wish she told them to leave!” the third user said.

In August 2023, Adele paused her concert and stood up for a fan being hassled by a security guard at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. In the viral clip, the fan was visibly emotional as Adele sang her 2015 song Water Under the Bridge. He was seen standing up and singing along after which the guard came to scold him.

During another concert, the singer got teary-eyed as she helped a couple announce their unborn baby’s gender on the stage.
