If you have a smartwatch running on WearOS 3 or above here is how you can install WhatsApp on your smartwatch.
Make sure your smartwatch is running on the latest firmware and has enough power before initiating the WhatsApp installation process.
Open Google PlayStore on your smartwatch

Search and select WhatsApp

Click install

Once installed, open WhatsApp on your watch

Open WhatsApp on your phone and confirm that you are trying to link a new device

You will now receive an eight-digit alpha-numeric code on your watch

Enter the code on your phone

If you have successfully liked your smartwatch, then the device should appear as Wear OS in the linked devices list

If you have a Wi-Fi-only smartwatch, you will receive all the WhatsApp messages when the watch is connected to a wireless network

Similarly, if you have a cellular mode, you will receive WhatsApp messages even without a Wi-Fi network
