Chinese startup Xiaomi is different. You can easily communicate with their bosses anytime you want. Their smartphones sell within seconds. Their advertising budgets are nil. And still they manage to have a lasting impression on the minds of consumers even if they fail to buy any Mi products. More importantly, Xiaomi tries to listen and stay in touch with their fans. At least, this is what the company aggressively claims to do.
“Always believe that something wonderful is about to happen.” This is what Xiaomi believes in. With this belief, it seems it has achieved a lot in the Indian market within a year.
The company has also announced that the first 800 attendees who will register at the event will be entitled to a free goodie bag. We don’t know what goodies would be there in the bags but we are really surprised to see such a massive initiative to stay connected to their fans and that too in the budget market where devices hardly command any premium.
