Announced at the India Mobile Congress (IMC) 2025 on Friday, Oppo’s collaboration with MediaTek ensures the Find X9 series will be the first to use this flagship SoC.
The Dimensity 9500 includes an Arm G1-Ultra GPU, a prime core clocked at 4.21 GHz, four performance cores at 2.70 GHz, and three premium cores at up to 3.50 GHz.
It delivers up to 32 per cent better single-core and 17 per cent better multi-core performance compared to its predecessor. Additionally, it offers 33 per cent improved graphics performance and 42 per cent higher power efficiency. The Find X9 series, comprising the Find X9 and Find X9 Pro, will replace last year’s Find X8 and Find X8 Pro.
Set to debut in China on October 16, the series will come pre-installed with ColorOS 16 based on Android 16 and utilise Oppo’s proprietary Trinity Engine. A specialised cooling system enhances performance for high-frame-rate gaming during intensive tasks.
The devices will offer up to 1TB of internal storage and 16GB of RAM. Colour options include Frosty White, Velvet Titanium, and Chasing Red, with the base Find X9 also available in Fog Black.
The Find X9 series features a Hasselblad-tuned rear camera system.
