The Ace 2 Pro is the OnePlus’s first smartphone to offer up to 24 GB of LPDDR5x RAM. When it comes to offering smartphones with higher RAM capacity, OnePlus has always been at the forefront, and it has now become one of the first companies to launch a phone with 24 GB of RAM.
According to OnePlus, the extra RAM will offer cushioning effect to the smartphone’s performance and is said to greatly improve gaming and multitasking. Besides, there is also a Genshin Impact edition of the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro which comes with added customisation and packing.
The OnePlus Acer 2 Pro is sort of an amalgamation of the OnePlus 11R and the OnePlus 11 (review). The smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC like the OnePlus 11. However, it does lack Hasselblad cameras. Instead, the device offers a 50 MP primary shooter, an 8 MP ultra-wide angle lens, and a 2 MP macro lens, similar to the OnePlus 11R.
The smartphone has a 6.74-inch curved AMOLED screen with FHD+ resolution along with an in-display optical fingerprint sensor. In China, the phone runs on ColorOS 13.1 based on Android 13 and the global variant is likely to ship with OxygenOS.
The OnePlus Ace 2 Pro has a large 5,000 mAh battery with support for 150W fast charging with no wireless charging support. Globally, OnePlus might launch the Acer 2 Pro with OnePlus 11T moniker in the coming days.
The top-of-the-line OnePlus Ace 2 Pro with 24 GB RAM also offers 1 TB of UFS 4.0-based internal storage for 3,999 Yuan or approx Rs 46,079. As of now, there is no information on when OnePlus would launch Ace 2 Pro globally.
