
OnePlus is set to launch its two new devices — the OnePlus 15R and the OnePlus Pad Go 2 — on December 17, with sales in India, Europe and North America.
The launch of the OnePlus 15R is followed by the launch of their flagship device, the OnePlus 15, in October.
The OnePlus will be available in two colours, Charcoal Black and Mint Breeze. With the new design, the OnePlus 15R gets a flat metal mid-frame and a new camera position, precisely 45 degrees from the upper left corner, showcased in both colours.
OnePlus claims that because of its construction, the OnePlus 15R has the most comprehensive durability ratings in the industry with IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings and can withstand terrain changes.OnePlus recently launched the OnePlus Ace 6 in China, which is renamed the OnePlus 15R for India and other regions
Although specifications have not yet been officially announced. Here are some expected specifications of the device: a 6.83-inch 1.5K LTPS AMOLED display with a 165 Hz refresh rate, and it may be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor and sport a 50MP primary camera with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 16MP front camera. The device might include a 7,800mAh battery with 120W wired fast charging but likely will not support wireless charging. The OnePlus 15R is anticipated to have a pricing increase, possibly starting at around Rs 45,000.
The company claims that the OnePlus Pad Go 2 is designed to deliver an excellent, affordable tablet experience to the mid-range tablet market. The device comes in two colours: Shadow Black and Lavender Drift.
This device will be the first OnePlus tablet to feature 5G.
According to OnePlus, the Shadow Black model improves connectivity further, delivering fast performance for easier mobile use.
The OnePlus Go 2, which will also feature a stylus, is the tablet from the OnePlus Go series with an integrated pen, which the company claims also increases productivity and accuracy for taking notes and creative work, making it ideal for both working professionals and students.
