By enabling this feature, users can upload high-quality content on Instagram with improved details and clarity. Here is how you can upload HD content on Instagram: If you are an Android user, click on your profile icon in the bottom right corner > click on the hamburger menu in the top right corner > settings and privacy > data usage and media quality > and enable upload at the highest quality. This will automatically upload your photos and videos in the highest possible quality. However, do note that, depending on your internet speed, Instagram might take more time to upload the media.
