For all you fans of bright, eye-catching red, Apple’s got you covered with its special Product(Red) lineup. These shiny collectibles are more than just a vibrant pop of colour – they also do good.
The company partnered with (Red) for over 15 years to help combat HIV/AIDS, donating a portion of proceeds from every Product(Red) purchase to programs run by the global fund. So if you’re looking to upgrade your Apple device in 2023 but don’t want anything to do with the other boring colour options, check out this roundup of all the Product(Red) releases available now in India.
iPhone 14/14 Plus

Since the iPhone 15 is yet to receive the Product(Red) treatment, the next immediate choice is last year’s iPhone 14. The phone’s Product(Red) flavour features an elegant cherry red glass back paired with a sleek aluminium design. It also boasts a Product(Red) label at the back, helping it stand out from the regular models. Priced at Rs 69,900 for the base 128GB variant, this model is still a compelling purchase in 2023, and in its red coat, isn’t going out of style anytime soon either.

iPhone 13

Like its successor, the iPhone 13 also comes in six colours, but the one that stands out the most is easily the vibrant (Product)Red option with its flashy finish and a matching red aluminium frame. This model is priced at Rs 59,900 for the base 128GB variant. Considering the jump from the iPhone 13 to the iPhone 14 is anything but radical, you’d be saving Rs 10K by picking this over the newer models – that is, if you don’t care about the Plus variant.
iPhone SE

The most affordable current iPhone you can purchase in Product(Red) is the iPhone SE. Starting at just Rs 49,900 for 64GB, it packs fast performance into a classic compact design. Some would say it looks dated – and they’re probably right – but if the newer models are too juvenile to you, then this iPhone SE with a twist may well be your pick.
iPhone 12

It’s officially discontinued, so you’ll not find any trace of it in the Apple Store. But some ecommerce platforms are still trying to clear old stock, and that stock fortunately happens to include the iconic Product(Red) variant. Though now a generation behind in features, this phone still looks great in red.
iPhone Product(Red) Cases

Apple’s Product(Red) editions are like a lottery – only a select few models win a red refresh. So if the iPhone model you’ve been eyeing lacks the bold colour choice, you can still join in the fun (and the cause) by opting for a Product(Red) case for your iPhone. These cases are available for all the entirety of the iPhone 14 and iPhone 13 lineup, and of course, the iPhone SE. Oddly, the iPhone 15 series has been given a miss but we imagine they’d be participating in the cause too once they get a Product(Red) variant.

Apple Watch Series 9
(Image: Apple)
Apple launched a bright new red aluminium Apple Watch Series 9 just in time for World AIDS Day on December 1. The new fiery red look is available for both the 41mm and 45mm sizes. Along with the slick new red case, you get a matching red sport band. Apple has also thrown in some new themed watch faces to complete the look – Metropolitan, World Time, Numerals Mono, Gradient, Stripes and Typograph backgrounds that are all rocking the colour too. This watch starts at Rs 41,900.

Just like the themed cases for the iPhones, you can give your older Apple Watch a new look with the Product(Red) Sport Band. You can get this in both 41mm and 45mm, and Apple says that it “works with most versions of Apple Watch,” so there’s that.
