Snapchat, the popular app that allow users to send messages that last 10 seconds, has added some new features in the latest update.
Snapchat on iOS and Android has been updated to include features like login-verification via SMS and double to switch between rear and front camera while send snaps. Snapchat’s latest update for iOS, which is version 9.9.0, brings the three new features.

The first is Double tap: This will will let you switch from the rear to front camera or vice-versa when you are trying to send Snaps on the app. The other new feature is Login verification which will let send an SMS code to a new device that will confirm your identity. Users need to go to settings to activate this feature. This is an important update and will help keep Snapchat accounts safe.
In addition to this Snapchat, also has new battery filters which you can add to your snaps when you have full battery or low battery.
In May, Snapchat had announced that it would allow users to share content from its Discover feature, which has content from publishers like CNN, Comedy Central. Discover was launched in January and includes content from publishers, although the viewership has been down since launch.
Snapchat also allows users to offer downloadable vector files to friends, who can then scan these codes and add them on the app.
