The device sports a 5.6-inch Quad HD+ Super AMOLED display and runs on a 2.7 GHz quad-core CPU with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal memory which can be expanded up to 128 GB. Running Android 4.4 KitKat OS, the Note Edge supports 4G connectivity and is powered by a 3000mAh battery. The device comes with a 16MP rear camera and a 3.7MP rear camera.

Armed with the S Pen, it offers- Air View, Air Command (Smart Select, Action Memo, Image Clip, Screen Write), Direct Pen Input and Pen Select. The Pen Type(In S Note) offers Pen, Pencil, Highlighter Pen, Calligraphy Brush, Correction Pen, Fountain Pen and Calligraphy Pen.
