Samsung Galaxy A6+, Galaxy A8 Star prices slashed by up to Rs 5,000

Samsung Galaxy A6+ sports dual camera setup at the back comprising of a 16MP primary camera with f/1.7 aperture and a 5MP secondary camera with f/1.9 aperture. The phone has a 24MP front-camera that comes with f/1.9 aperture. Both the front and rear camera supports LED flash module. The phone runs Samsung Experience UX based Android Oreo OS and packs a 3,500mAh battery.

Meanwhile, Samsung Galaxy A8 Star was launched in June this year for a price of Rs 34,990. The phone features a slightly tall 6.3-inch full HD+ Super AMOLED display with an aspect ratio of 18.5:9. Powering the phone is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor which is paired with 6GB RAM and 64GB of onboard storage. Samsung Galaxy A8 Star carries dual camera set up at the back having a 16MP primary camera and a 24MP secondary camera. It has a 24MP front-facing camera that comes with f/2.0 aperture. The front camera comes face unlock feature and offer AR stickers as well.

The Galaxy A8 Star runs in-house Experience UX based Android Oreo OS and carries a 3,700mAh battery. Connectivity options on the phone include- WiFi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, 4G VoLTE, NFC, USB Type-C port and 3.5mm audio jack.
