Xiaomi India has confirmed the launch of the Redmi Note 13 series on January 4. The Redmi Note 13 series will have 3 models — entry-level Note 13, the mid-tier Note 13 Pro and the high-end Note 13 Pro Plus with some big features like a curved AMOLED screen, IP68 rating, 200 MP camera and more.

While Redmi already has a microsite for the Note 13 on Amazon, some variants might be available on Flipkart. The upcoming phones are also expected to have the same hardware as their China counterparts, which were launched in September last year. Here’s everything we know so far about the Redmi Note 13 series.

Redmi Note 13

The Redmi Note 13 may pack the MediaTek Dimensity 6080 chipset, which performs similarly to last year’s popular Snapdragon 695. According to the microsite on Amazon, the phone will feature a 6.67-inch 120Hz AMOLED screen protected by Gorilla Glass 5. The same chipset is featured on the Lava Storm 5G (review).

It is reported to have a 108MP primary camera accompanied by what might be an 8MP ultrawide lens and a 2MP depth sensor. The device is said to come with MIUI 14 based on Android 13 out of the box and offers up to 8GB RAM and  256GB internal storage. It is expected to pack a 5,000mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging.

According to a recent post on X by tipster Abhishek Yadav, the vanilla Redmi Note 13 with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant will have a price tag of Rs 20,999.

Redmi Note 13 Pro

The Redmi Note 13 Pro is likely to boast a curved 120Hz 6.67-inch AMOLED screen, but the company might bump up the resolution from Full HD+ to 1.5K on the Pro variants.

Xiaomi has also confirmed that the Redmi Note 13 Pro will be the first phone in the country to pack the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset. On the back, we might see a 200MP primary camera backed by an 8MP ultrawide lens and 2MP macro sensor.

The device may pack a 5,100mAh battery with 67W fast charging and offer an IP54 rating for water resistance. The Redmi Note 13 Pro will reportedly come with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage and might start from Rs 28,999.

Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus

Xiaomi has already teased the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus multiple times in the last month. The phone will sport the same curved 6.67-inch 120Hz AMOLED screen as the Note 13 Pro and will be powered by the Dimensity 7200 Ultra chipset.

In a first for the Redmi Note series, the Note 13 Pro Plus will offer IP68 water and dust resistance. It will run on MIUI 14 based on Android 13 out of the box and pack a 5,000mAh battery that supports 120W fast charging.

On the camera side of things, the phone will have the same 200MP primary sensor along with an 8MP ultrawide and 2MP macro lens. It will offer up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage with a recent price leak suggesting that the base variant will cost Rs 33,999, which could make it the most expensive Redmi Note ever.
