Realme has announced that it will be the first brand to launch MediaTek Helio P70 powered smartphone globally. The company took to its official Twitter handle to make the announcement. As per reports, Realme's India CEO, Madhav Seth said that the next Realme smartphone with Helio P70 processor will be coming soon. "Realme will be the first brand to launch @MediaTek Helio P70 products globally! Any guess what's coming up? #StayReal #ProudToBeYoung," the tweet reads. MediaTek's latest system-on-chip, Helio P70 was introduced on October 24. The chipset is based on TSMC's 12nm FinFET technology and it comes with multi-core APU operating at up to 525MHz for efficient edge-AI processing. MediaTek Helio P70 features four ARM Cortex-A73 cores clocked at up to 2.1GHz and four ARM Cortex-A53 cores clocked at up to 2.0GHz. MediaTek Helio P70 supports up to 24+16MP dual cameras and include three image signal processors (ISPs) for reduced power consumption. However, the company opted for Qualcomm SoCs for its other two smartphones, Realme 2 and Realme 2 Pro. MediaTek has already announced that the new Helio P70 chipset will be made available by next month and reports speculate that Realme's new smartphone with the latest chipset might arrive in the first half of December.
