OnePlus 2 users can get extended warranty plans starting at Rs 999

OnePlus has announced two new value driven extended service options for the OnePlus 2 smartphone. OnePlus calls these services B2X Service and B2X Protect.

While OnePlus offers one year warranty with the device from the date of purchase, users can get it extended by another year with B2X service. The B2X plan covers all defects that are generally covered under warranty after the expiry of original warranty. This service is priced at Rs 999

On the other hand, B2X Protect plan covers accidental damage including physical and liquid damage to OnePlus 2 device during the first year of product purchase. This plan is priced at Rs 1,299

OnePlus 2 is the flagship smartphone from Chinese technology startup OnePlus this year. It features a 5.5-inch full HD display and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor. It comes with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage.

The handset runs Oxygen OS based on Android Lollipop and has 13MP rear camera and 5MP front camera. It features USB Type C port and has 3300mAh battery.
