Micromax today launched its Canvas Pep smartphone at a price of Rs 5,999. The Canvas Pep sports a 4.5-inch FWVGA 480 x 854 pixels along with a 5MP fixed focus rear camera with LED flash and a VGA front camera. Running on a 1.3GHz quad-core processor CPU with 1GB RAM.

The 3G smartphone will be available in Pristine White and Mystic Blue options and comes with connectivity options like Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi and USB.

The device runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS and is powered by a 1,700mAh battery.
