Lenovo launches A6000 Plus at Rs 7,499

Lenovo has launched a new version of the A6000 in India, the A6000 Plus. The smartphone has 2GB RAM and 16 GB storage space, which is double the memory and storage space from the earlier smartphone. The A6000 Plus costs Rs 7,499 and will be available exclusively on Flipkart. Registrations on Flipkart will open on April 17 at 2PM and it goes on sale on Tuesday, April 28 at 2 P.M.

Other features remain the same. Like the earlier smartphone, the A6000 Plus has 5-inch HD screen with IPS, a 1.2GHz 64-bit quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor along with Adreno 306 GPU , and a 2300 mAh battery. The device has an 8MP rear camera along with a 2MP fixed focus front camera and it runs on Android 4.4 KitKat OS. The Lenovo A6000 Plus supports two micro SIM-card slots.

In addition to this Lenovo has claimed that it sold nearly 30,000 units of its new A7000 smartphone on Flipkart in flat four seconds

The Lenovo A7000 has a larger a 5.5-inch 720p HD display, 1.5 GHz octa-core Mediatek MT6752m processor, a Mali-T760MP2 GPU, 2GB RAM and 8GB ROM which is expandable up to 32GB. It comes with an 8MP rear camera with LED Flash and a 5MP front camera. This is also a 4G smartphone and was priced at Rs 8999.
