iPhone 16 available at an effective price of Rs 66,600 on HDFC Smartbuy for Infinia card users

This offer makes the iPhone 16 cheaper than the iPhone 15.

The iPhone 16 series is now available for pre-order online and at offline stores across the country with a starting price of Rs 79,900 for the base model. American Express, ICICI, and Axis Bank card users can get the new iPhone 16 for Rs 74,900. HDFC, via its Smartbuy store, has now come up with a deal that brings down the effective price of the iPhone 16 to just Rs 66,600. Here’s how.

HDFC Infinia credit card users are entitled to receive 1 RP for every Rs 150 spent. According to this special offer, on pre-ordering the iPhone 16 from the Smartbuy portal, users can get 5x reward points. That is, a total of 13,300 reward points (RP).

This brings down the effective price of the iPhone 16 from Rs 79,900 to Rs 66,600. Do note that this is not a straightforward cashback, but one can redeem these reward points (1 RP = Re. 1) to book hotels, flight tickets, and more.

There is also a similar offer on the iPhone 16 Plus, which costs Rs 89,900 and brings down the effective price of the device to Rs 74,925.

On the iPhone 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max models, the offer is that users will receive a flat 15,000 reward points, bringing the effective price of these iPhones to Rs 104,900, and Rs 119,900, respectively.

The offer is also applicable on the Apple Watch Ultra 2, where the effective price of the same comes down to Rs 74,925 with 14,925 RP.

Keep in mind that HDFC has a limit of 15,000 RP per month, and if you have already earned reward points on any other purchase, the RP credited after the purchase will be adjusted accordingly.
