Google Now on Tap is a new search feature that gives contextual data based on whatever is there on the screen
If you are one of those folks who always ends up pressing that volume down plus power button combination to take screenshot on Android, then the latest update for Google Now on Tap on Android M will make process simpler.
According to a report on Droid Life, Google app update (v5.7.13.19) adds a new share button in Now on Tap. The share button takes screenshot of whatever is happening on your screen and allows users to quickly share the same. Droid Life notes that the screenshot doesn’t get saved to internal storage.

For some, the feature may not be a big deal considering how OEMs supporting Android have already added the screenshot feature in the notification tray letting users customise the area they wish to crop.
Notably the feature will be limited to devices running Android 6.0 Marshmallow, which currently doesn’t have an install base of more 0.5 percent.
