Apple unveiled the iPhone 16 series on Monday night. The base iPhone 16 starts at Rs 79,900, while the flagship iPhone 16 Pro Max is priced at Rs 1,44,900. Additionally, the company has officially reduced the prices of its previous-generation iPhones, the iPhone 14 and the iPhone 15 series, which are now available at much lower prices.
In India, the iPhone 14 now starts at Rs 59,900, while the iPhone 15 currently retails for Rs 69,900. Similarly, the iPhone 14 Plus and the iPhone 15 Plus are now priced at Rs 69,900 and Rs 79,900, respectively. Note that these are the official retail prices of these devices on the Apple Store, and all four variants will be available at a much lower price via online and offline reseller networks.
Apple is also offering a flat discount of Rs 4,000 on the iPhone 15 series and Rs 3,000 on the iPhone 14 series for Axis, ICICI, and Amex bank card users, further lowering the price of these iPhones.
Interestingly, the iPhone SE (2022) has not received any price cut; despite that, with the starting price of Rs 47,600, it is one of the cheapest iPhones that Apple officially sells.
For example, the iPhone 14 is already listed for Rs 57,999, and the iPhone 14 Plus currently sells for Rs 58,999 on Flipkart. These devices are expected to get even cheaper during the upcoming Big Billion Days and Great Indian Festival sales.
Apple officially discontinued the iPhone 13, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max. While some of these devices are still available via third-party and authorised sellers, they have been removed from the company’s official website.
If you are considering getting either of these iPhones, make sure to buy one as soon as possible. These devices are no longer manufactured and will only be available until the current stock lasts.
