And now it's Sanjay who gets on the scoresheet! This goal too comes from the penalty corner. And it's the selfless India captain Harmanpreet Singh who deserves a hat-tip for this goal. He was standing on the first battery, but just seconds before the injection into play, he indicates to Sanjay that he should take a shot. Sanjay does, and Sanjay scores!

The intensity of the game and the pace of India's attacking bursts have certainly gone down as the writing appears on the wall.
The fans in the stands have gone quiet now. Clearly -- just like Team India and Kazakhstan players -- they're also exhausted by the frantic pace of the first three quarters.

It's Mandeep who creates that goal after a hoodwinking run past three defenders and their outstretched hockey sticks in the circle, Then, with his back to the goal, he lays the ball to Rajinder, who is precise with his shot into the net!
India have a 9-0 lead now! two goals in the third quarter with not even two minutes gone!
A goal from Jugraj Singh, this time from a penalty stroke! A pass from India that was headed into the goal, without the keeper to block it, hit the foot of a Kazakh defender. Easy stroke, and Jugraj slots it to the left of the keeper!
"Maybe we get one or two goals in the second half," says Kazakh assistant coach at half-time while talking to the broadcaster. From whatever we have seen here in Rajgir today, that seems a little improbable!

India lead 6-0 and we still have just under five minutes in the first half. This goal comes after a withering and relentless attack on the Kazakh goal that makes them buckle.

Another penalty corner, another goal! This time it is Jugraj Singh who's sent a pin-point, laser-guided drag-flick into the Kazakh goal past the defenders!
NO chance for anyone to stop that ball. Went like a bullet past them, they probably heard it whizz past them.
WHAT A GOAL! Abhishek scores and completes his hat-trick! He gets the ball in the circle and seeing the keeper rushing towards him, just pulls the ball back. Then takes a quick look at the goal, and then slaps the ball from a tight corner on the right flank past a defender and the keeper!

What a stinging shot from Harmanpreet Singh off a penalty corner early on in the second quarter! But the ball struck the upright and the ball ricochets back to Amit Rohidas, whose shot is smothered by the Kazakh keeper!

India have had 14 circle penetrations in the first quarter compared to two penetrations from Kazakhstan. India have also had five shots, compared to zero from their rivals. The Indian hockey team is 3-0 up and we're still playing in the first quarter! Sukhjeet Singh scores for India, with the easiest goal you will ever see on a hockey pitch! He just had to keep his stick in the path of the cross from Abhishek from the left flank! Could have done it blindfolded!
The goal comes right after Kazakh saves a blustering drag flick from India. But from the restart, India work the ball with neat, crisp passes and soon, Sukhjeet finds himself applying a feather touch of a deflection into goal!
