Karnataka Assembly Speaker K G Bopaiah has convened a session of the House on October 14 at 11 AM to facilitate Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa seeking a trust vote.
Bopaiah issued the notice today convening the Assembly session on the request by Yeddyurappa accepting the Governor H R Bhardwaj offer to prove majority of his govenment for the second time.
The Governor has termed as a ‘farce’ the result obtained from the October 11 session in which Yeddyurappa secured the motion of confidence by voice vote and said it was not in accordance with law.
