NEW DELHI, Feb 12: Zakir Husain College (Delhi) and Christian College (Chennai) in the men’s section and Vimala College, Thrissur (Kerala) and Providence College (Kozhikode) in the women’s section continued their winning streak in the All-India Inter-Collegiate basketball tournament, being held in Pondicherry.

In the men’s section Zakir Husain defeated New College (Chennai) 32-28, Madras Christian College beat Jain College (Bangalore) 58-43 and Pondicherry Engineering College 33-22 while St. Joseph Tiruchirappalli trounced YMCA, (Chennai) 78-54.
