Yes Bank’s Chairman, Ashok Kapur, who was in Oberoi, the day the terrorists seized it, has been declared dead.

Earlier, a Yes Bank official said that Kapur had gone to the hotel for dinner on Wednesday night, and has since been missing.

“We don’t have any news about him since then. We are all praying for him and hoping for the best,” he said. Meanwhile, the security forces claimed to have cleared the Oberoi of terrorists.

Oberoi, a luxury hotel at Nariman Point in south Mumbai, was targeted along with Ratan Tata-run Taj Hotel and a few other locations by the terrorists on the fateful day.
