After the elders, it8217;s now time for the GenNext Birla to seek his place under the sun.
Yashovardhan Birla, grandnephew of the late Madhav Prasad Birla, has now decided to move ahead aggressively in L8217;affaire Lodha and has roped in Mumbai8217;s leading lawyer Iqbal Chagla to pursue his case challenging Priyamvada Birla8217;s will.
Yash, as he is popularly known, along with his close confidants, on Monday held a meeting with Chagla to brief him about the events which have unfolded so far after Priyamvada8217;s will was opened last Monday.
Sources said Yash had a maiden meeting with Chagla to apprise him about the present status and decide on the future course of legal action. Monday8217;s meeting between Yash and Chhagla deserves importance, especially when Yash has already filed a caveat in the Calcutta High Court against Lodha.
