A day after ruling out foul play in her husband Bob Woolmer8217;s mysterious death, his widow Gill today said murder was a 8220;possibility8221; in the case which has shocked the cricketing world.
8220;I suppose there is always the possibility. I mean some of the cricketing fraternity, fans are extremely volatile and passionate about the game and what happens in the game, and also a lot of it in Asia, so I suppose there is always the possibility that it could be that,8221; Gill told a television channel. 8220;It fills me with horror, I just can8217;t believe that people could behave like that or that anyone would want to harm someone who has done such a great service to international cricket,8221; she added.
Gill said she had been given 8220;some indication8221; of why police thought her husband8217;s death was suspicious but did not reveal what it was. 8220;The second pathologist8217;s test should be available and as soon as we get that the investigation will be winding down and they will be able to send his body back to South Africa,8221; she said.
