The court said if the CBI was not willing to move an application, it could take a suo motu notice and cancel the bail of the dera chief if the situation demanded. Sidhu submitted that the investigating agency faced lots of problems whenever it had to quiz him. The counsel submitted that each time the investigating agency intended to quiz the dera chief, his supporters turned up creating major roadblocks.
