BJP starcast got a little longer on Wednesday, South Indian actor Sai Kumar. BJP president Venkaiah Naidu welcomed the actor, who will campaign for the party in the elections. Kumar has starred in several Kannada, Telugu and Tamil films. In Jammu, former National Conference media incharge and editor-in-chief of Urdu Daily Indian Times Farooq Indrabi joined the party, a day after he quit the NC. Joining him was former dean of science faculty at Jammu University N.K. Sharma. In Raipur, spokesman of Chhattisgarh NCP youth wing Sanjay Yadav joined the BJP.
CONGRESS, on the other hand, has sprung another surprise on Wednesday. Bollywood music director Bappi Lahiri is all set to join the party on Thursday.
