London: It could well turn out to be the most lovable remark to come out of the political arena with US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton praising her UK counterpart David Miliband as a vibrant,vital,attractive and smart person. The compliments were delivered in an interview with Vogue,which described Miliband as tall and dashing. The interviewer added for good measure: I got a crush over the phone in about five seconds partly because of his accent, Guardian reported.
