Will move HC,says Reliance Telecom

The substantive charges framed on Reliance Telecom and the three executives remain limited only to the alleged abetment to cheating by others,as part of an alleged conspiracy, it said. The company also claimed that no substantive charge has been framed under S. 409 on Reliance Telecom and the three executives for alleged criminal breach of trust.

The Supreme Court is to hear the bail pleas of the three executives on October 31.
