BJP vice-president Gopinath Munde was initially supposed to go to Dehradun to talk to the various groups in the ruling BJP there following the partys Lok Sabha election debacle in Uttarakhand and Chief Ministers B C Khanduris offer to quit,but had to cancel his programme at the last minute owing to a wedding in the family. Munde was organising the wedding of his brothers daughter,where a record one lakh guests had been invited. Perhaps the Munde familys way of offering thanks for his 5.5 lakh votes victory margin in the just-concluded election from Beed.
