Ultratech promoter sells Rs 22 cr stocks

Umang Commercial Company,has sold 1.37 lakh shares in the firm for Rs 22.42 crore.

Cement maker Ultratech today said one of its promoters,Umang Commercial Company,has sold 1.37 lakh shares in the firm for Rs 22.42 crore.

Umang offloaded the shares in Ultratech through open market transactions on both BSE and NSE on three trading days between July 27 and July 31,it said in a regulatory filing to the BSE.

Umang currently holds 0.025 per cent stake in Ultratech,down from 0.075 per cent as on July 27.

As on June-end,Ultratech promoters’ stake in the company stood at 63.34 per cent,including Umang Commercial’s 0.13 per cent holding.

Ultratech’s shares today settled at Rs 1,638.35 apiece on the BSE,up 0.05 per cent over the previous closing.
