Arshad Warsi,who was very busy with the shooting and then the promotions of Double Dhamaal,took time out to go on a road trip that he had been planning for a long time. The actor hit the road on a Bullet bike and rode all the way to Ladakh. Wanting this to be his own little vacation,Arshad did not head to the destination with his family,but instead took the road trip with a school buddy,who had specially flown down from Canada for the sojourn. Wife Maria Goretti and his children,Zeke and Zene,did not accompany the actor on the trip as they had just recently holidayed at USA. The actor,who is back in Mumbai,will soon head to Canada.
Once back,Arshad will start shooting for Zilla Ghaziabad co-starring Sanjay Dutt and Vivek Oberoi. Later in the year,the actor will also shoot for Subhash Kapoors Jolly LLB,which is an expose on the Indian judicial system,and Ishqiya 2 that will go on floor this year.
Konkona Sen Sharma gave birth to a baby boy,Haroon,three months ago,and the actress is already back in business. Konkona was recently spotted at the book launch of Shabia Ravi Wallias Mamma Mia at a popular bookstore in Mumbai. The actress was also seen at a screening of X-Men First Class. Konkona,who loved the film,immediately tweeted,Loved X Men,full masala paisa-vasool movie, on the social networking site,Twitter. It has been learnt that whenever Konkona gets a break from her motherly chores,she takes time out to read film scripts as she is on the look-out for a good story. We are guessing that it wont be long before we get to see the actress back on the big screen.
